EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT

Morgan Hart

Managing Director

Mr Hart is an experienced Geologist and Mining Executive. Previously holding the position of Executive Director COO of Regis Resources Ltd, he successfully led the development of three gold mines within a span of four years (Moolart Well, Garden Well and Rosemont). Prior to this, Mr Hart was Executive Director COO of Equigold NL, responsible for the development and construction of the Bonikro Gold Project in Ivory Coast, West Africa. Additionally, he skilfully managed the operations of the Mount Rawdon and Kirkalocka gold mines in Australia.

Mr Hart was appointed as Managing Director on 30 July 2014.

Mick Evans

Executive Director

Mr Evans joined the Company as Chief Operating Officer in May 2016.  He has over 20 years’ experience in various mining and processing industries throughout Australia and Africa. He spent seven years with Regis Resources Ltd (ASX:RRL) firstly as Projects Manager and subsequently as Chief Development Officer where he was responsible for the construction of the processing plants at the Moolart Well, Garden Well and Rosemont gold mines. Prior to this, he spent ten years with Equigold NL where he was instrumental in the construction of the Bonikro processing plant in Cote D’Ivoire.

Mr Evans was appointed as Executive Director on 3 October 2018.

Mark Clements

Company Secretary

Mr Clements has an extensive range of experience in capital management, finance, financial reporting, corporate strategy and governance across a range of industries. He was appointed Emerald’s Company Secretary on 20 August 2014 and was a Non-Executive Director from 20 June 2022 to 1 March 2024. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Bernie Cleary

Operations Manager

Mr Cleary has 25 years’ experience in the construction and resources industries. Mr Cleary was previously General Manager with Evolution Mining Limited of the Mount Rawdon gold mine, and Regis Resources Limited of the Rosemont and Garden Well gold mines.

Shannon Campbell

Chief Financial Officer

Ms Campbell is a Certified Practising Accountant with over 17 years of experience in the resources sector, including over 11 years in the gold sector. Ms Campbell has held senior accounting and financial management roles across exploration activities, development projects and operating assets, with several ASX-listing companies including Regis Resources and Wiluna Mining. She has experience with companies operating in Australia, Cambodia, Indonesia, Peru and South Africa.

Brett Dunnachie

Chief Corporate Officer

Mr Dunnachie is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in corporate, audit and company secretarial matters. Mr Dunnachie was the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Renaissance Minerals Limited prior to the takeover by the Company in 2016. He was then appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company until September 2022. Previously Mr Dunnachie was an audit manager at a major chartered accounting practice and is also experienced in IPO management, company secretarial services, financial accounting/reporting and ASX/ASIC compliance management.

Keith King

Chief Geologist

Mr King is qualified geologist with an honours post graduate and is a member of the AUSIMM. He has over 22 years in the gold industry in various roles including Exploration, Resource definition, Open Pit and Underground mining in a number of jurisdictions including Australia, West Africa and Asia.

Josh Redmond

Operation Manager North Laverton Gold Project

Mr Redmond is a qualified Mining Engineer from the WA School of Mines with over 16 year’s experience in the Resources Industry spanning across Australia, Brazil & Cambodia. Mr Redmond was previously General Manager of Mining for MACA and prior to that, served as Country Manager – Cambodia for 2 years. His expertise contributed significantly to the construction and development of the Okvau Gold Project.

Peter Burns

Bullseye Mining Limited - Executive Director

Mr Burns holds a Bachelor of Business degree with a double major in Management and Marketing and is a Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute and Member of the Australian Institute of Management. Mr Burns has over 20 years professional experience in the areas of Business Development, Marketing and Management in various roles, held at both state and national levels. Mr Burns has held the role of Executive Director of Bullseye for over 10 years and has played a key role in the identification, consolidation and successful development of the Company’s flagship North Laverton Gold Project, incorporating the entire Dingo Range Greenstone Belt, which is proving to be a substantial asset for the Company. Mr Burns has no other directorships in any public companies.
