Memot Gold Project

The Memot Gold Project is considered highly complementary to Emerald’s tenement Project portfolio and consistent with the Company’s stated aim of increasing our footprint of prospective production assets in Cambodia.

Key Highlights;

• In January 2021, Emerald announced its successful application for a highly prospective gold exploration licence at the Memot Gold Project, which is highly complementary to the Company’s Project portfolio.
• Mineralisation is associated with multiple high-grade, narrow, stacked quartz vein sets, dipping shallowly to the north-east with a current interpreted strike length of 650m.
• Additional drilling is required before the estimation of a maiden resource and reserve calculation can be completed with extensional drilling to be undertaken as access allows.
• Memot has an Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate of 35.7Mt @ 1.3g/t Au for 1.49Moz, including high grade resources totalling 16.9Mt @ 1.9g/t Au for 1.12Moz.
• The Project is fully permitted for development and operation following receipt of the Memot Mineral Investment Agreement and Industrial Mining Licence.
• Development is planned for 2026.

With historic and ongoing artisanal workings within the tenement area and strong indications of significant gold mineralisation, Emerald commenced an initial exploration program of diamond drilling 14,826m. This was supported by chip sampling as well as geophysical surveying.

Since the initial campaign further drilling has focused on infilling and extending the mineralisation proximally and within and beyond the known mineralisation.

Mineralisation is open along strike to the north-west and south-east and down dip to the north-east. This coincides with a significant gold and copper insoil anomaly indicating the known gold results are part of a potentially larger mineralised system.

The mineralisation is associated with multiple high-grade, narrow, stacked quartz vein sets, dipping shallowly to the north-east with current interpreted strike length of 650m.

 In July 2025 Emerald updated the Gold Resource at the Memot Gold Project following the completion of the Stage 2 drill program. The Project now has an Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate of 31.4Mt @ 1.3g/t Au for 1.34Moz, and represents an increase of 30% from the previous estimate announced in December 2024.

Additional drilling is required before the estimation of a maiden resource and reserve calculation with extensional drilling to be undertaken as access allows.

Following an extensive and collaborative process with various Cambodian government ministries and agencies, the Memot Gold Project is now fully permitted for development and operation following receipt of the Memot Mineral Investment Agreement and Industrial Mining Licence.

Development is planned for 2026.
